After the Belgrade Community Library moves into its new home with a new Community Center, the Police will move into the former library building - a best-case scenario maximizing the utility of what we already have. The City already owns these properties so there is no need to purchase additional land, buildings, or build new buildings for space for these functions. This adds up to a savings of  $5 million that will NOT need to be requested from taxpayers in building and land costs.
